This experience inspired me to become a therapist. Being bicultural and bilingual in English and Spanish has given me a deep understanding of diverse cultures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Training and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I earned a master\u2019s degree in psychotherapy in 2005 from Portland State University and have over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in Oregon and California.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Therapeutic Approach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>I help young adults and adults navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, career changes, grief, and loss. My warm, collaborative approach fosters growth and lasting change.
